Remothered: Tormented Fathers to be fully released on Steam on January 30th

Hi there, Remothered fans!

First of all, we would like to thank you for trying the Early Access version of Remothered: Tormented Fathers on Steam! Your advice has been fundamental to improve the game under every aspect.

Right now, 88% of the reviews on Steam are positive – as a matter of fact, the game is rated as “Very Positive” on Valve’s platform. That’s impressive. We’re very proud you’re enjoying the debut title of the pure and cinematic survival horror trilogy!

That’s why we’re so thrilled to share with you the release date for the PC full version on Steam.

January 30th 2018: this is when the PC full release of Remothered: Tormented Fathers will arrive!

When we announced the Early Access release, we told you that we weren’t far from the full release date. On average, released Early Access games spend 14 months in this stage. On the opposite side, Remothered: Tormented Fathers will spend a total of 91 days in Early Access. That’s quite a difference!

Have you purchased the PC Early Access release? We have good news for you! On January 30th, you will receive an update that will provide you the final release without any additional cost.

If you haven’t gotten the game yet, there’s something you need to know. Currently, Remothered: Tormented Fathers is $12.99. On January 30th, the price will rise to $14.99. Do you want an advice? If you want to get the game at the lowest price possible, you’d better get it right away! As you can see, there are a lot of gamers on Steam that are enjoying the game already… Why should you wait and pay more? If you plan getting the game for your PC, we suggest you to take advantage of this period before the full release!

Think about it… But not for too long!

Meanwhile, our developers are working to improve the PlayStation 4 version of the game.

Rest assured, we’ll announce the release date for the PS4 edition earlier next year. However, we have more exciting news to share with console gamers. As you can see, over the last months, we’ve carefully listened to your suggestions. We’ve had a lot of requests to add Xbox One to the list of supported platforms. And by “a lot”, we mean “a lot”. That’s why we think you’ll enjoy the following statement.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers will come to Xbox One.

That’s right: the debut title of the survival horror trilogy designed by Darril Arts and developed by Stormind Games will hit both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Keep following us to discover the final release date for your console!

In the meantime, if you’re a PC gamer who loves survival horror, you simply cannot miss the full release of Remothered: Tormented Fathers, that will come out on January 30th.

I have been a follower of this game almost since the beginning. Not sure if you remember me or not, but I am kinda sad to see it only on steam. I dont use drm programs like steam. I bought a ton of games early on on steam through the humble bundle service and I honestly have never played a single one. I hate the idea of DRM. I am a big supporter of gog.com and would love to see this game go over there. Any chance of a drm free copy? or is that just not in the cards?

I’m defiantely getting it on PC, but you should definitely think about porting it over to Nintendo Switch. I’m mean think about it, your not tied up in your room, you get to take it with you wherever you go. That also means you can show it off to more people. Plus that console needs more horror themed games too.

This is one of the most exciting horror survival games I’ve ever played! Can’t wait to see how the story will end.

At the beggining I was very sceptic about the game as it had a low budget vibe but OMG how wrong I was! My wife noramlly hates me playing games but this got even her glued to a screen watching me go through it, and that says a lot.

I sincerily hope there will be DLC’s and eventually followup games to carry on such an amazing masterpiece.

P.S. for those of you who still haven’t bought the game, don’t let the low price scare you off, the game is amazing!

  10. Steven says:

Are you planned to release on GOG.com? Thanks!

  11. Jimmy says:
